When does Early Bird Registration end?

Early bird pricing will end on March 15th, 2025 at 11:59pm.

Do you offer discounted pricing?

We do offer a student discount. Unfortunately, we cannot provide scholarships to attend Workshop.

I need an invoice so I can pay for registration. What should I do?

Please email cubesat-workshop@calpoly.edu and an invoice will be generated for you as soon as possible. If you need to pay by wire or bank transfer, please email us and we will provide instructions.
